I love it... in fact I love all the covers done by SB Designs.
And in just a few weeks... the publishing of the book...
Self publishing this series has taught me a lot. Each of the books is better than the last because of what I've learned. I am by no stretch of the imagination the best out there. But I'm learning and I'm thrilled to be part of the literary world.
I am learning so much, and finding that I am capable of things I never knew.
I made my own business cards... I mean me... little Patty Bryce was able to create a card that looks good! yeah me.
I post regularly, and I promote not just my work but work by other up and coming authors. (I like that word better than writer.)
This entire thing started with a push, by a good friend Kimberly Richardson, who dared me to submit a story to the anthology she was editing. And then a suggestion by Syd, my partner in most writing crimes.... to take my Maze story and give it a real live! and Thus Forged in the Maze was born. And three years ago, yesterday in fact, the decision to self publish.
It's been an amazing journey so far, and we are not even anywhere near the end... In July Forged King comes out... then in October, just in time for Halloween Ghost in the Well... and then in December, Princess in Hiding... and hopefully in January, Hook Line and Sink Her....
So come on, join me for the rest of the adventure!
