The release of Princess in Hiding. A tale that had to be told. Who says we know all the history? Who knows the secrets of the Royal family ? A Princess in Hiding.

In a few days Princess will be released. I'm so thrilled about this story finally coming out. I hope it sells!
My nano is done, and Princess is almost ready to go. Thanksgiving is planned, and I am looking forward to the dinner, the smell of turkey and being with my loved ones.
Most of all I have my John. Thank the hairy Gods! That was the title of a movie a few years ago. I liked the idea.
I'm holding on to it right now. I am not going to call names, or exchange threats or even bash. I will not use my precious magic. That would not be a good idea, and the cost is too high. I will hold onto hope. And in other news, we are getting closer to the release date for Princess in Hiding. A story that could have been real. And it's Monday again, and the holidays start in three weeks, and I'm still recovering with the hubby from the stroke.
This weekend we played host to our grand puppies.... (Suzy has dogs, not ready for kids just yet...) And between them and John, I'm worn out. Today we have dr follow up, and then run to hospital for blood draw. My Nano has suffered, but Hubber comes first. Not that he'd see it, but that's the way it is... On Wednesday of last week, hubby had a stroke. It was off to the hospital and for the next 36 hours it was tests, poking prodding and nail biting.
So here's what we know. John had a stroke, (I knew that when we took him in!) There's only a little damage, thank that Hairy God who haunts my dreams! And he is recovering. However they sent him home with a heart monitor. And the thing has been sending alarms over to the hospital. John has AFib. So we'll be seeing a heart specialist. This does put a damper on the NaNo. I'll be participating, but not killing myself to finish, I can always finish the novel after. Right now it's a day to day thing here in the land of the Paisley Rose. So if I bite your head off, understand why. |
