My journey took a turn when I joined FanFiction.Net and began to publish my fan fics about the Labyrinth. It was a wonderful testing ground and I grew! It was great and I got feedback!
Then another turn, with the publishing of The Soul of the Sky Queen. (I still remember the thrill of saying, I'm a published author!)
Then the biggest turn to date; my becoming an Indie Publishing Author. I say author, not just writer. Sue me.
Nine novels and one short story later... it is still a thrill when I see the marked sale on my reports.
I'm so grateful to everyone who buys my books... and to the people who take the time to review.
I've learned that it's a lot of work, being an Indie. I'm still learning how to market. I hope I get better...
I'm also looking forward to the publishing of my novel The Guardian of Misty Hallow, by World Castle press.
I've learned that being rejected doesn't mean your book is no good, it means you have work to do. I've learned that the public say a lot of things. Some like e books some like paper. So I offer both.
I have learned that advanced reader books are a good thing. I will keep learning, and honing my craft... I hope you keep taking this journey with me.
